      Something I enjoy very much is swimming. I train 3-4 times a week, for 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is a good combination of  using upper body strength (pulling) and lower body strength (kick). It is a great sport to do with your friends because during swim meets it is all about support and not who wins (maybe a little.) It also feels very rewarding that you did something challenging that is also healthy. I Love It!!
